Solar do Requeijo by Luna Hotels & Resorts

This hotel is a hidden gem located in a beautiful town. It looks medieval and is nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and we enjoyed delicious breakfast during our stay. Welcome drink was a good start of the stay. We couldn’t enjoy jacuzzi due to too much chlorine in it. Other than that everything was perfect.

Not a single complaint. I think the overall experience is so nice that my only regret is I had one night there. The hotel was so nice we barely left it. Nice toiletries. An interesting tradition of “bed opening”. The chapel has a nice story too. (Quite sad one) We were welcome with a glass of fizzy drink. The breakfast was adequate and tasty. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. And my last minute request regarding the addition of a card to our room was managed nicely.

great place to relax, super friendly and very helpful staff, English speaking. great rooms with own terrace. not only a nice pool, whirlpool and sauna, but as well an own chapel. located in the center of town, just crossing the river. lovely hikes next to the river (Ecovia path).
