Nice little hotel in a fantastic building. Dona Laura assists anywhere she can. Some words of Portuguese are helpful though
Wonderful place to stay. We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves during our visit. Fantastic host, who was very accommodating to our needs, spacious rooms. The adjacent church bell is a good alarm clock! But we didn't mind this though👍 breakfast 😋
1) The address mentioned in the advertisement wasn’t correct and the owner didn’t know how to send the location via Google. Imagine driving at night, with my children super tired and following the directions on the phone… 2) There were ants in the room: ants on the curtains of the bathtub, ants on the bed, ants over the nappies of my baby… 3) Wifi? They provide the keyword but a) the signal is never available or b) it doesn’t work. On the other hand, the lady in charge was very helpful, the room wide and with natural light and breakfast very complete! My recommendations to improve would be: a) no plastic soap or plastic glasses provided at the toilets of the bedrooms. b) butter and marmalade provided in jars of glass, instead of in little devices of plastic. We need a planet free of plastic rubbish!
