Solare De Monte Hotel & Spa

We absolutely loved our stay here! Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff and the rooms are beautiful. Every detail was thought of for us. Breakfast is delicious and varied with a mix of western and Vietnamese favourites. Eggs cooked fresh upon request also. Jeff at reception was particularly helpful organising all of our check in and out, including airport transfer. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff and services available here. Will be returning whenever we’re in Hanoi again.

What an amazing place to stay! We arrived after a badly delayed flight at 4 am and the staff were lovely in helping us quickly get settled in to sleep. No request was left completed by the lovely and welcoming staff. The room was spacious and well kept. Perfect location to walk the old quarter. Will be staying again when we come back 😇

Our stay was truly wonderful. Their service and communication were exceptionally good. They were readily available to assist with any needs, including flight information, airport transfers, general inquiries, and excursion recommendations. While the room was clean, it could benefit from some maintenance. We noticed some water damage on the floor, and the shower drain was a bit slow. Overall, we would certainly recommend this hotel.
