Solaris Residences

I can’t count how many times I’ve stayed at the Solaris. It’s a convenient spot, but I was greeted with the worst service I’ve had in my life. I was asked to leave whilst waiting for an uber. For a place that can run your pocket for 7k a night it’s not great to have a Russian valet man asking you to leave. As I asked the other valet (which I’ve tipped thousands of dollars over the years) about the behavior, I was treated like trash. Can not wait to stay there again and give them a dap up rather than a 50

Their parking lot prices are absolutely ridiculous. Straight up scammers. "Public" parking except it'll cost you 2x the minimum wage to park there per hour :) Very misleading signs. Edit: Since I can't reply to the response from the business, I'm editing this instead. That's like going to a restaurant, being served a meal, and then being told I have to leave my review of the dessert on a different page because it's not part of the 'main meal' page. But the dessert is still part of the overall dining experience, just like parking is part of the overall hotel experience. So, it makes sense to review the entire experience, including parking, on the main page. The parking lot is part of the business. Take responsibility for it.

Long time parking scam in Vail. Charged $45.00 for 1 hour 15 minutes. The parking is right next to Free Vail Public Parking but the signage is not clear and by the time you pull in your in. I spoke with the parking garage manager and the hotel. Both refused to refund the charges. Check the one star reviews here many many people have been scammed over the years. Vail public parking manager indicated they have requested Solaris to clarify the signage and they have refused to do so. Nice little scam for Solaris. The Village of Vail NEEDS TO FIX THIS AS IT APPEARS SOLARIS IS NOT ETHICAL!!!
