We had a fantastic stay at Sole In Me, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible manager. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience — from making fantastic local recommendations to personally calling places for us to secure reservations. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel not only for its beautiful setting but also for the exceptional service!

Pro: Beautiful outdoor pool, friendly and nice staff at breakfast, location at the coast. Contra: - we got the wrong room for disabled people the first night when we arrived, which was not clean ( bathroom was very dirty ). The reception said there was a misunderstanding and they gave us another room the next day. There was no compensation offered, which i would have expected from a 5 star hotel that cares about its reputation. After asking for it, i only got excuses which did not sound very professional. They wanted to give a free lunch, which is ridiculous, considering that we were about to leave the location. - the second room was better, but the water in the bathroom didn't heat up properly. - Telehone in the room couldn't reach the reception - the price is way above the offering. Summary: the overall experience , considering the price and the self marketing of the hotel, was very disappointing. I wouldn't come back and i can also not recommend a stay. I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is not one. For half of the price you get offered more in other hotels.
