Sole Luna Hotel

As soon as we drove by, we were speechless! The hotel had lots of room for parking, and the setting was wonderful! The beach was right next to the hotel which made our stay even more pleasant. The room we were in was heavily spacious and had about 3 rooms in one. They provided lots of restroom essentials that were very helpful. After all this, the worker that really made our day even greater is John who works at the front desk. He made us feel welcome in this hotel while we stayed.

Completely satisfied with every aspect of this hotel: from the rooms and service to its private beach area, everything was great. The rooms were clean and kept clean, the breakfast was plentiful, the location was as good as it gets, and the beach and bar was exactly what you go for in the Albanian riviera. Crystal clear and pristine waters, ideal for families and kids. We visited in Juve and the water was already nice and warm.

Overall pleasant stay with a few downsides The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The room was spacious, and everything felt cozy and well maintained. The reception staff were extremely polite, always ready to assist with anything I needed ,very professional and welcoming. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the service in the dining hall and hotel bar. The dining hall manager gave off a lot of negative energy, words like “please” and “thank you” didn’t seem to exist in his vocabulary. Another thing that stood out was that while the waiters provided the service, all payments were taken by the manager meaning none of the young waiters received any tips directly. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, but lunch was a bit disappointing. As for the beach bar staff, everything was great. Sunbeds were free for hotel guests, each guest received a beach towel, food prices were reasonable, and the pizzas were fantastic ,big and tasty. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though with some room for improvement in certain areas.
