Sole Suites Apartments Playa del Carmen

Our stay was amazing we loved the staff were very nice and helpful. There is loud music every night and the elevator and shower need work. We loved that the beach was less than a five minute walk and the hotel rents you towels to take to the beach. The pool was small but nice and very clean. The parking was 200 pesos a night but the staff had cameras and made sure nothing happened to the cars too.

Location! Location! A very South Beach feel right on the strip. The most affordable nice place right at the heart of the action. The staff was very friendly and corrected any issues we encountered. The suites for 5 occupants are very spacious and luxurious. The staff also hooked us up with a 5 star transportation service. Our plane arrived late and the transportation service was still friendly and able to serve us.

We initally wanted to stay here for 5 days but its literally impossible. We even got a Room more in the back but you hear everything from your apartment. You hear the calle 12 so clear that you definetly need headphones to sleep. Even the air condition, fridge etc. Is loud. The guests are more party people so you dont have 5 min peace. For that price not worth at all! The roof has a tiny pool that nobody goes. Next to it they are building a big building.The reception lady was not really friendly. We checked out after one night! We had to wait about 20 min to check out because she wanted to Check our apartment. Because she didnt trust us and thought we broke something and thats why we're checking out. Thats wasnt the case. We went because it was too much. Imagine we had a Plane to catch ,she wouldnt let us go! Not even a sorry or wanted to hear why we go! Rooms were clean but the Toilet Brush looked like a nightmare! Theres much better hotels in playa! Go there!
