Solea Coast Resort Panglao

Good Service and all the staff is accommodating. I like interior and exterior of the hotel very classy and beach vibe. Room is clean and spacious specially for 2 adult and 2 kids. Food at the earth is good and serving size is good for 2-3 person. We will come back again here next time.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The front desk staff, especially Ms. Beverly, was super friendly and went out of her way to help us with everything we needed. She was very kind and made us feel welcome during our stay. The staff at Earth Restaurant were also nice and friendly. The food was okay – not amazing, but decent enough for a meal. The room was very spacious, which was great because we had plenty of space to relax after a busy day. There are some areas where the hotel could improve. For example, they don’t have staff members available to help guests with their luggage, which would have been helpful. Also, the staff didn’t always greet guests when they arrived or left, which could be improved to make guests feel more valued. The water dispensers on the property were often empty, so it was difficult to find water sometimes. Despite these issues, I still had a positive experience. The helpfulness of the staff, especially Ms. Beverly, and the comfortable, spacious room made us stay enjoyable. With a bit of improvement in customer service, this hotel could be even better.

We stayed here for 4 days with my family, brother, sister and family of my in-law and it was memorable and amazing! The first thing that caught my eyes was the slide for the kids which my son really enjoyed when we arrived. The room was very spacious and so relaxing although we didn't have a really good view because the beach view was fully booked. But still we enjoyed the view from the roofdeck (needs a sign or instruction going up since only the left elevator had the RD button). Enjoyed the pool also. Food was good, complimentary breakfast(buffet) and dinner. The front desk staff needed some more courtesy like greeting guests when they pass by. Overall experience was excellent.
