I stayed here alone for a few days as part of a coaching retreat and had the most wonderful time. From the moment I arrived, I felt more like a friend than a guest. Barbara and Enzo are incredibly warm hosts who make you feel truly at home. Enzo is an exceptional cook – every day you’re treated to fresh, local specialties that are an absolute delight, especially for food lovers. They go out of their way to cater to personal preferences (as a cheese lover, I was happily surprised to find cheese at every meal!). The whole place is charming, full of thoughtful details and genuine care. It’s the perfect escape place to unwind and recharge. What really makes this place special is the heart and soul the owners put into every part of it. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful, personal, and deeply enjoyable stay.

Boutique country style house, well decorated (plenty of artworks) in unique location in the midst of Ripe hills with stunning views yet close to Senegalia (beaches) Super friendly hosts making you welcome in their house offering a genuine warm welcome atmosphere and providing great tips for visiting villages, restaurants, natural sites and musea. Excellent food (lunch or dinner), great wines and exquisite , extended breakfast all will home made products (top!..) Can surely recommend the place!😉😉👍 One comment, unfortunately the pool is not heated making it a little cold(er) by end September

A very nice accommodation. Great large pool, several seating areas Garden. Great view. Very personally run house by a couple, you can see their interest in art and their style in general whole house again. The man cooks very well, you should definitely eat there in the evening. But let us know early enough. You also get lots of recommendations for activities in the area. The only thing I found a little unpleasant is that everything is very orderly. It's not as relaxed and cozy as we usually know in Italy. But that is our subjective feeling.
