Soleil Boutique Hotel

This hotel is perfect for your trip to Hanoi! So close to all the attractions! Beautiful rooftop pool and amazing service! Chloe at the front desk went about and beyond for any needs we had her and all the staff were so welcoming polite, genuine and beautiful people! We had the most amazing stay and they made it so memorable! All the staff need a lot of recognition for their hard work and dedication to this hotel!

We were lucky enough to get the suite Absolutely wonderful, and the bathroom was fantastic as well a great balcony overlooking the street An amazing pool too! ... but the star of the show is the breakfast Absolutely fantastic, and the staff who run it are so good! One of the best hotels that I've stayed anywhere!

Amazing stay. Trust the reviews. Unfortunately, it is very common to book a room in Hanoi and to have it be changed at the last minute due to “last minute problems”. This does not happen at Soleil! I only wish my family (2 adults + 2 kids) had found this hotel before we booked our first night stay at a different property that seemed to be rated well on another trip advisor site. If you’re considering booking elsewhere, just search google reviews for “scam”. It’s a good indication for how they treat their customers. Soleil was great! Rooms were as advertised - clean, safe, and modern. Hotel staff were friendly, kind, and super helpful. Pool was beautiful and has a great view. Breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety. We booked direct via email and rates were cheaper than other platforms. Ms Chloe and Ms Cara were so helpful. Cảm ơn hai chị!
