3 years into my time at Solid Magic Residence - great location, reasonable value, one feels appreciated as a guest. One employee/manager, Claudia, is absolutely the best-immediately cares for and solves any issue, always with a smile on her face - she a blessing to us long term residents and clearly an asset to the ownership group. Love the place - now renting 4 apartments here.

We booked a specific apartment but were given something completely different on arrival. Apparently, the place we actually booked was unavailable, and we were moved to a so-called “penthouse” that’s mid-renovation! Dust, noise, missing fixtures — and worst of all, someone else seems to be staying there too? Totally unacceptable. This is not what we paid for. Deceptive listing and poor communication. Avoid.
