Solitaire Bangkok Sukhumvit 11

Everything about my stay at Solitaire Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 was perfect. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious – fresh and flavorful. Staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent: just a 10-minute walk to Nana BTS station, making it easy to get around the city. The street itself is lively, with plenty of bars, pubs, restaurants, 7-Elevens, and massage places all nearby. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again.

The property is well-maintained and overall quite good. While the service was a bit slow, some staff members were exceptionally courteous—though a few came across as slightly rude. We had emailed in advance requesting interconnected rooms, but this was declined. We then asked for rooms on the same floor, which also couldn’t be accommodated. In the hospitality industry, handling such requests in advance is typically expected, but in this case, it felt like our needs were overlooked. We didn’t get a chance to try their food and beverage offerings, so we can’t comment on that. However, there is an Indian cuisine restaurant called Bawarchi located within the premises.

Well above average with some shortcomings. Club lounge access is worth every baht - Private breakfasts with a good variety of choices and the evening tapas complete with drinks were a standout. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our suite was spacious, but had a musty smell for the duration of our stay. The swimming pool and area are nice, but cramped and could use more deck chairs. The Indian restaurant across from the club lounge on the top floor should be replaced. Didn't see a single patron dining there during our 5 night stay. Fortunately, there are many great restaurants within a few steps of the front door.
