SOLLER Business Hotel Munich Airport MUC

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for two nights 9-11.4.25. We were charged more than €400 for a room without breakfast. No service at all. We came from a 13 hour flight with three heavy suitcases and no one offered help. Our room was not cleaned after the first night and trash bins not emptied. In fact I have never experienced something like this in Germany and will never return!

The hotel itself is quite decent and modern, but unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to the attitude of the front desk staff. After a long day on the road, we decided to stay, although the reception was far from welcoming. When we politely asked if they could match a better price we found on Booking.com, the response was unexpectedly curt — we were told we could look elsewhere if we weren’t happy. There was no fridge in the room, and during our two-night stay, housekeeping never came by. This is not the level of service one would expect from a business hotel. If you have the chance, it may be worth exploring other nearby options.

Doesn't have Air condition. If your use to having Air condition and like to be cool while sleeping thus isn't the place for you.. I dont understand why a Hotel wouldn't have it come standard In Your room in the first place.. keep.. places are cheap.. and its 2025 Hotels should AC!!!!! Especially in the Summer time.. had I known I wouldn't of stayed here.. and Not enough parking! Thank God I didn't have to bring in all my luggage because your screwd if you havent any help to help you with it.. unless you drop it off and leave it with the front desk and then drive a block to park.. no screens in the windows so if your on the second floor ir higher watch out for your small kids.. and Your forced to leave you window open for air to breath.. the hotel has a weird Smell.. I hope my clothes don't smell like it tomarrow.. 😩 anywhoo.. if you live in Germany your fine because I noticed air conditioning is hard to find in this country.. but your from a country wjere AC comes standard.. thus isnt the Hotel for you..
