The hotel was lovely and is very well located within the historical castle area. The staff was very helpful with everything. We could hear the live music of the establishment across the hotel from our room at night, which was lovely. But you may want to check ahead if your room looks over to the main street side if this could bother you.
I had a lovely one-week stay at this charming boutique hotel. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff made a real difference—Sunduz, in particular, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Her kindness and hospitality truly made me feel at home. The only issue I experienced was some humidity in the room, which caused an unpleasant smell. While it didn’t affect me personally, it’s something that could be improved for future guests. Overall, a cozy and comfortable stay with wonderful service.
We stayed 2 nights , and arrived at 1 am to find a room. We’ve been nicely welcomed and offered options. The people working there are very nice and helpful. The room was clean and very nice. The location is perfect, in the heart of the old town. The inside terrasse is very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you !
