One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in Florence. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. The staff were genuinely helpful — whether it was the front desk team or the servers at breakfast, everyone made sure I felt at home. The overall vibe of the hotel is relaxed and positive, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. Clean, comfortable, and well-located, Solo Experience Hotel truly lives up to its name — a solo traveller’s dream, but honestly great for anyone looking for a great stay in Florence. Highly recommended!
Wow, what an incredible experience this place truly is! We enjoyed a beautifully spacious room and had the best shower experience I've ever had in my life, featuring six separate water jets from the sides and above. The location was perfect for exploring many attractions, and the service was exceptional. I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Angela at the Front Desk, who embodies genuine hospitality. She guided us during our stay and ensured we had an amazing experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone I know.
Modern and comfortable hotel that met all of our requirements. We picked this hotel because we wanted something close to the train station and walking distance to all the sightseeing and we were very pleased- the hotel was located within 5 minutes walking distance to the Florence Santa Maria Novella station and 10-15 minutes walking to pretty much everywhere we needed to go. Room was good size and we had a wonderful modern bathroom with a big shower and a sink with enough space for all my toiletries. We found the bed very comfortable and the windows seem to work perfectly once closed where we could barely hear any noise from outside. The staff was nice and caring and were always available for any questions. We didn’t use the breakfast options simply because there were so many options in the neighbourhood. We walked late at night and never felt unsafe in the area. I have to mention the heating rack in the bath for the towels and the fact they were able to provide an iron on request (which was so mission impossible in the other hotels we stayed in Italy) as big pluses for me. Overall, this was a great choice, we will definitely stay again when we are next in Florence.
