Solofra Palace Hotel Resorts

Solofra Palace Hotel was a bit outdated in decor and the electrical system was a bit funky, but the staff was very accommodating and our one-night stay there was pleasant. My family arrived in the afternoon very hungry and the pool staff went out of their way to put together a plate of vegetarian food for us, which was very kind and much appreciated. It was very clear they wanted us to be well-cared for and would stop at nothing until we were well-fed and taken care of!

Been here before but was really disappointed this time room quality poor, the air conditioning was as much use as a hair dryer on got in the corner of the room, breakfast was very disappointing and slightly improved when there was a wedding there which just showed how little they thought of their guest, pool was freezing not a great stay

The quality of the Solofra Palace Hotel is extremely low. Rooms are not clean at all, bed linens and towels are changed only once every two days. There are no shampoos or other amenities in the room. The bed is full of insects, and I couldn’t sleep there during my stay. Breakfast lacks variety, and they serve the same stale food every morning.I’m extremely dissatisfied
