Solterra Seminyak Boutique Hotel & Spa

The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and lovely people. They are always smiling and always offering to help with anything. The food is nice and tasty and, as well as you get a free welcome drink when you arrive. The rooms are really spacious and very authentic. I have loved staying here, although we only stayed for 4 days we had an amazing time. The location is excellent and near lots of spas and shops and is only a 15 min walk from the beach or 5 mins in the car. I really recommend Solterra Seminyak. I would definitely come back in the future when I return to Bali.

Tucked quietly away from the main strip with a fantastic pool and friendly staff. Solterra has been a very pleasant stay and we would gladly come back. The rooms are great and especially the room we were staying in was clean and tidy and the shower was interesting being partly outside.

The hotel is a bit of need of some repair. It could be that the harsh water in Bali made the shower room look bit unclean and stained. Otherwise, the staff seemed to be really good at their job. But the rooms are very spacious and classy and bed sheets and floor were well cleaned and great. I could tell it used to be hot spot before. It’s located a bit walking distance from the beach, but it will suffice if you’re ok with 10-15 min walk each ways. There were some construction workers and local men who were outside of the hotel that were catcalling, whistling at me and asking if I were looking for a friend and such which made me bit uncomfortable since I’m a solo female traveler and haven’t experienced that in other counties yet. I know people right outside of the hotel is not their responsibility, I just want my solo travelers to be cautious walking right outside of the hotel. Otherwise, hotel employees are super friendly, very helpful, and extremely professional. If you’re looking for budget friendly, peaceful, nice and spacious hotel rooms with super attentive staff then it’s a good place. One employee even gave me a motorbike ride to really great coffee shop. I even thought about staying longer but the people outside of the hotel made me bit concerned.
