Although a 15 minute walk or short cheap cab ride from the main centre, this wonderful hotel is still near nice restaurants and shops. It is tucked down a couple of small side roads which means the location is very quiet, even though it is in the city centre. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and well appointed and the air conditioning was very effective. The included breakfast is a little more restricted than some larger hotels, but there was still plenty of choice and the quality was very good. We had to check-out very early for our flight home and we were offered a to go breakfast. Everything in the hotel was very good and well managed, but it is the a central location that is still secluded and quiet which makes this hotel an ideal choice.

Return to Bishkek for work meant another opportunity to stay in one of favourite hotels globally. Solutel is the best hotel to stay in as a work base..and for holiday. The service is excellent and genuine. Responsiveness when booking or making rearrangements fast an efficient. And the rooms... just perfect. Comfortable clean and with so many good details. The desk and chair encourages productivity. A filter coffee machine is wonderful and never seen any where else. Big tv that is not locked so you can stream from your own devices. Huge comfy bed with blackout curtains and triple glazing so peace after middle of night arrival. Bathroom clean and with perfect roomy shower. And staff that go out of way to help. Top of my all time hotels for work travel. Really hope to stay again. We'll done Solutel

The hotel is good and well located in the city center. The facility is surrounded by a number of nice restaurants and coffee shops with a short walk. The rooms are spacey and clean. The towels were a bit worn out and require replacement. The breakfast was great - a lot of varieties to choose from. The biggest asset of this place is welcoming and super friendly staff.
