Solymar Makadi Sun All inclusive

This hotel has been rebranded as the Tui Sensimar Makadi Gardens and is now adults only. Had a very relaxing two week vacation here. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Pool and sun areas and excellent. Staff are very helpful. I'd be very happy to visit again.

Jaz and Sol Y Mar Makadi Sun are Famous of excellence in Service. This is a Four stars hotel that deliver super clean, small, air conditioned rooms. Hotel has all entertainment, such as pool, tennis court, table tennis, library. Hotel deliver all inclusive meal plan, their restaurant offer high class cuisine which was a surprise. their food and beverage team are motivated in the restaurant area. Their pool bar may need more help with their limited crew, however they still deliver best service ever. The only issue I faced with this hotel is the reservation process. They don't offer sale or promotion. and when you call the hotel they need me to contact head office in cairo that takes 2/3 business days to back to you. if you contact the hotel directly they still give you an answer after couple of days. so if you are in the state you may reconsider booking in this hotel. as you will not be their target market. another dowpoint this hotel needs to work on, is diversity as their 95 % of their workforce is male, they need to hire more women in their facilities. Finally, thanks for their excellent service.

Been three times now. Hope to go back next February. Great place and love every minute. Brilliant staff,even remember everything you like best. Outdoor pool always between 32/34 degrees. What more do I need from a holiday!!
