Loved our stay here. Plenty of small touches that make the experience great, from their refreshing welcome drink to the awesome surprise gift in the room. The room we got was fully-equipped and immaculately clean. The hotel staff was nothing but great. This is a hotel that clearly cares about your experience. I also love the inclusivity. There’s both a bible and a qibla marker inside the drawers of the bedside tables. The pool, gym, and breakfast buffet area are also noteable. Again, clean and well-maintained. Located in the quiet part of the district, but the hotel is still walking distance to Filinvest mall. Perfect for a staycation. They also offer shuttle service to nearby places.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a very comfortable and homey experience. The room was impressively spacious, offering plenty of storage and thoughtful areas to place your things, which really made it feel like you could settle in and "own" the space, not just stay in it. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, perfect for preparing and cooking a decent meal or two — a definite plus for longer stays. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that all of our special requests were granted. While we understand requests are subject to availability, the staff clearly went above and beyond to accommodate us, which we deeply appreciated. The sofa in the living room was cozy and inviting, and the king-size bed was just as comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The WiFi was strong and speedy (Wifi5!) — perfect for both work and streaming. A couple of small issues during the stay: the temperature control in the shower took a bit of time to adjust, and we had a minor problem with the AC in the master bedroom, but the team was quick to resolve it, which speaks well of their responsiveness. The staff were warm and approachable — even the security guards! Special mention to Kyle, who was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. On the other hand, I did have a slightly disappointing encounter over the phone with Aica, who came off a bit snobbish when I simply requested additional plates and cutlery. A small hiccup in an otherwise friendly atmosphere. One policy that left us quite upset was the charge of PHP179 for replenishing the 5-gallon drinking water in the room. We've stayed at other Ascott properties and this wasn’t the case before, so it felt a bit unreasonable. After raising the concern via the ASR app, they did resolve it by sending a complimentary replenishment — though unfortunately, we had already purchased water outside by then. All in all, despite a few quirks, the positives far outweighed the negatives. The spacious rooms, great amenities, and mostly excellent service made our stay both comfortable and memorable. We’d definitely consider coming back!

Great rooms and a nice place for families to have a staycation. However, the reservations office is not responsive to client requests. I made reservations weeks ago for a twin bed room but reservations said this was not available upon check in. I was told that I will be informed of the status of my request but they never returned my request for a twin bed even after check out. I would have appreciated it if they at least informed me that a twin bed was not possible. Also, the integrity of their staff should be questioned. My brother recently held his wedding here. He and his wife made the mistake of leaving all their cash gifts inside their rooms. Some 50,000 cash was stolen from them. Nonetheless, they are still accountable per Civil Code. I hope that the incident will be remedied and prevented if only to safeguard the reputation of the hotel brand.
