My husband and I lived at this hotel in our first month living in Jakarta. It is a very nice experience. Safe place, good structure, localization (so close of Lotte Mall, with good stores, restaurantes, pharmacies, bakery, supermarket… ) and very good and friedly staff. Mainly, the guys at reception, always smiling and ready to support us and the cleaners room.
Nice Rooms, Good Views, Responsible Servicing, Good room servicing, and Great Food.. The breakfast has lots of options from all categories. Eko has been managing breakfast and takes care of the people well. Great staff.
Staff service & hospitality are ACE! Located strategically (for my preference at least). Have a nearby malls that makes it easy for us to not only grocery shopping but also buy something we need urgently. The room is spacious enough to host our family & friends visiting (executive & premiere).
