Somerset Maslak Istanbul

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The reception was excellent, and I want to especially thank Gamze at the front desk — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to assist us with anything we needed. The service throughout the hotel was great. The staff were attentive and friendly, and everything was well organized. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished — perfect for a relaxing stay.

Ayu is amazing! She always leaves the room spotless and smelling fresh. Super reliable, detail-oriented, and works quickly without missing a thing. I really appreciate how respectful and professional she is every time.
