Somerset Olympia Makati

I just want to extend my thanks to the team of Somerset Olympia Makati. We had our 2 nights stay there and everything was great! From our arrival, valet was welcoming. Mr. Bryan at the Front desk was accommodating and made sure that our stay will be great. We ordered 1 Studio Executive and we were upgraded to a Suite free of charge. Breakfast came on the time you expect it and the food was also great. Pool was clean and we had our own time there. The room was very neat and spacious. We love the bath tub there which we really did enjoyed. During checkout, housekeeping bid goodbye and say thanks to us. Front desk lady was friendly she even gave my daughter a coloring book as a souvenir hehe! Everyone was great and we will surely come back again.

We really had a great time spending our Christmas Eve at Somerset Olympia! To be honest, I was quite worried when I read other guests reviews, but our whole experience was great! Our rooms were clean and spacious enough to fit all of us. The bedrooms were also nicely prepped! All the staffs were courteous and kind. Breakfast at Old Swiss Inn Restaurant is decent enough even if it's plated. We booked a 2 br deluxe where we celebrated our Christmas Eve plus 2 studio executive rooms. We also loved that they're a pet-friendly accommodation at very minimal rate of 1k/pet/night unlike other hotels that charge so much. Overall, I would recommend Somerset Olympia to those who are looking for a decent but not too expensive accommodation in the Metro. :)

The place was old, as the building is old, but the two-bedroom serviced apartment we stayed in was nice, spacious and had what we needed. Some views were unobstructed. We felt it suited our needs well. It’s across Ayala triangle which we enjoy walking around in, and it has a convenience store in the ground floor. The host is responsive and helpful, and the cleaning staff accommodated our request for a clean mid-stay. The elevator doesn’t take you to the ground floor, you’ll have to take the stairs, and the key cards often failed. The windows couldn’t be fully closed because the ventilation strips were old and needed to be replaced, which affected the coolness in the rooms. While inconvenient, they weren’t dealbreakers and we enjoyed our stay.
