Somerset Pattaya

I had a wonderful stay at Somerset Pattaya. The location was perfect and the room was clean and comfortable. I was especially impressed by the surprise anniversary cake waiting in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day. The staff were warm and attentive. I deeply appreciated the experience.

I stayed for my second time at the Somerset. I love this place; heck, I'd live there if I could! Just about every touch in the place, from the cleanliness to service, is as good as it gets. Any complaints are really just knit-picking. Although with some tweaks, they could easily shore up any differences there might be with the Hilton. With that said, one could argue they offer more in some areas than the Hilton. The only thing that would really make the hotel really improve is the adult pool area. Kids pool area with the pirate ship is amazing and the kids seem to love it. But the adult pool needs some tweaking like some trendy music, get the chairs out of the water or build a elevated thing there so all lounges aren't submerged in water, and up the bar a bit. The pool area improvements would make things much nicer IMO, but the hotel is still wonderful!

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The pool and the water park on the roof are very nice. The only downside i could find is that in some cases there can be noise coming from the area around at night. If you are sensitive you can ask for higher floor which make it less noticeable.
