Incredible room. It was the most spacious room we stayed in. I believe it’s the premier suite. Fit a family of four easily. Only issue I had here was the dryer didn’t work on the washer/dryer combo. Pool on the 3rd floor was huge. Had plenty of seating. Water is a bit chilli since it doesn’t get that much exposure. Location is ok. There’s a small shopping plaza that has a grocery store, haircut salon, coffee shop, family mart right beside the hotel. Super convenient for me to just stock up with medium size fridge. Only complaint is that there’s no direct crossing to the other side to get to Estella Mall. It’s literally across the street but you have to make a long walk just to get to it. Not safe to cross the highway so got no choice but to get Grab.

Awesome property and great rooms! The view from the room was really good too and the staff are very efficient and helpful. However, there are limited breakfast options available in and around the hotel. The hotel itself doesn't provide any breakfast but Starbucks vouchers, which I hadn't opted for. Within walking distance there are many good restaurants and grocery marts, but it is quite expensive.

Our main criteria for hotel selection was a big nice swimming pool. And that pool is not heated , “jacuzzi” next to swimming pool is cold too . Pool is located between buildings so there is very little sunlight there. Hotel doesn’t have its own kitchen/restaurant, instead they give you 1 Starbucks voucher per person per day worth of 150,000VND~(10AUD) that not enough to call it “breakfast”. Shopping centres are 15-20 min walking(not really pram friendly walkways) taxi is like 50,000VND(3AUD) Kids playground wish to be a bit more equipped. Master bedroom tv has 1 channel. Only receptionist speaks English, nobody else Overall rooms are good , everything pretty clean. Realistically it’s a 3.5 - 4 star hotel
