We enjoyed our stay at Son Sabater. The villa we stayed in was very comfortable and we slept really well, and we enjoyed the sun, pool and gym. The food is very good! The breakfast is a small buffet and ala carte, and the ala carte items are really delicious! The dinner is also great, we starters and mains we ordered were superb. The desserts were nice but they didn't compete with the test of the menu we tried. The location is in the countryside, on a farm, and has a great rustic feel, although it's a few hundred meters away from a highway and you can hear road noise - it didn't bother us, it was more of a dull white noise, similar in vibe to hearing the ocean in the distance. It is quite far from other places, and I would strongly recommend a car rental if you want to do more than swim and read books in the sun.

We had a lovely meal at the restaurant on 10th July 2025. The service, location and food were excellent. Special thanks to Lluis for looking after us so well. This place is a hidden gem and we will return soon.

Very disappointing experience ! We booked a 4-day trip to San Sabater (August 18 - 22) via Booking 3 months ahead. The room we got (385 euros/ night) had a single little window, with a direct view on the noisy AC/ ventilation units... no windows in the bathroom. and generally, the hotel is located next to roads with views on industrial developments (even from the pool), way less charming than many agriturismo in the region. I warmly recommend travelers to pay great attention to the photographs of the environment before booking, as well as looking at the hotel location on google map. When we asked for a decent room, we were informed that the hotel being fully booked, they couldn't change it. We were so disappointed by the place, that we didn't even check-in, canceled the booking and decided to leave to find a more decent environment. When informing the staff of our intention to cancel the booking they finally proposed us to change the room. We decided ultimately to move elsewhere, because the vibe and trust was gone and have asked directly and through booking to be fully reimbursed. I still haven't received any feedback, so I have paid 385 euros for a night we never spend there.
