We stayed in a junior suite the room was nice but a little dated. I am a Marriott member so I had a 2pm check out. At 8:25 in the morning someone was beating on my door. When I opened it it was an employee wanting to know whe. I was going good to check out. We were out late the night before so we was sleeping when. All this happened We got up and got dressed and went to check out the front desk said you was supposed to checkout late I told them what had happened and all they could say is have a free breakfast. I am very disappointed in this hotel. I would have thought there would have been more than go.have breakfast

The room was alright but kind of dated, with a dingy carpet. The lobby has this HORRID smell, like an oil drum of floral perfume that accidentally spilled somewhere. It didnt feel worth the price we paid. The staff was very good, though. They're trying their best with what they have. However, DO NOT eat at the restaurant. That place is WACK. It was the worst meal I've had out in a long time. They pre-make all the food and then warm it up when you order, making it all rubbery and dry at best. This is a super common practice in restaurants, but the art is covering that up. They have not mastered this art. Some of our food was STILL FROZEN. Literally frozen. We had to tell our server, and they were very apologetic and got us a replacement, but its still completely unacceptable. It should have been a warning sign to us that the place was empty on a Saturday at dinner time. There was only 1 other table taken. They hooked us up with a free dessert, which was nice of them, but I would have preferred a better meal. The vegetables were insanely salty, the steak had ZERO crust, the chicken was really dry, the mashed potatoes are dry and pasty, and the mac and cheese was flavorless and covered in rubbery, old reheated fried onion pieces. If they have so few customers, and the few they do serve are given a lame meal like this, they should probably close the restaurant. I would have saved about $120 and had a better meal at a freaking Cracker Barrel.

This did not feel like a "high end" hotel at all. They up charged for everything. You are forced to pay $65-$75 per day for parking. Parking is cheaper with the garage across the street. The hotel was dirty, the air intake filter looks like it wasn't changed in years, there was dust coming out of the air vents, the toilet paper is one play and very thin (just buy some soft toilet paper from costco...). The valet guy was hovering while we unloaded. They don't accept virtual credit cards or apple pay. I checked in on my phone before we got there and my wife had to wait in the lobby because she couldn't get the key cards even though we checked in already on the app and she had the confirmation email. Then they wouldn't let us take our luggage to our room so we felt obligated to tip the bellman. The breakfast was good but $26 for eggs and sausage is a little pricey. The pillows were so flat that I had to use 3 of them. The gym was freezing cold while it was a nice 70 degrees. Some of the rooms our wedding party stayed in didn't have hot water for the shower.
