The location of the apartment in Phoenix was great. I did not rent a car so parking was not a consideration. The 1 bedroom apartment had everything I needed. The area was a little noisy at night but that was to be expected; I put on my ear buds and listed to music but the apartment did have ear plugs available. The only problem was the bathroom sink drained slowly which I am sure will be a quick fix. I would definitely stay there again!😃

Sonder Ida was a really cool experience. The units are made from shipping containers, but they are fully finished on the inside. Very well insulated, and the AC hits the entire space. The layout was perfect and spacious. The bed was soooo comfortable. I wanted to know what mattress it was, but it was hermetically sealed. There is some noise later in the week from the bar next door ( we didn’t visit it, but it was very popular). There are coffee shops, small mom and pop restaurants, a brewery all so close by. The walk to the convention center is safe and about 10 minutes. We would absolutely stay again.

This apartment building is made of shipping containers. The apartment was nicely done, and good amount of space with a living room, table and chairs, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The only things lacking were a dresser in the bedroom and counter/storage in the bathroom. There was closet space in the bedroom for hanging clothes, but lack of a dresser meant I was living out of my suitcase. Downtown Phoenix was a little rowdy at night, and I would have appreciated better insulation to reduce outside partying noise. I did notice a sleep unit in the closet, which may work for some. It did cost less than the hotels and 12 minute walking distance from the convention center. I only had one option to get coffee early in the morning. Most nearby restaurants open at 8am.
