Front desk will not give you towels when needed. Room smell like black mold. It's in the air conditioner. Pix to prove it . Maintenance didn't do anything about. When I leave to explore the city, it was a linger of a cologne scent as if someone enter my room while I was gone. A lot of hair was on the floor upon arrival. Curtain were stained. Lamp shade stained. Tub nasty. Calcium buildup on shower head. Used soap still in shower. The bed was clean. The air conditioner did get cool. Front staff was okay just needed more towels cuz everybody don't use the same white towels after been used. My asthma was starting to act up due to that black mold,so we cut our stay short. I haven't ever stayed at a comfort inn and suites like this.

Rough stay. My first night I woke up around 2:30am to an 84° room with the AC blowing heat. Couldn’t fix it, they eventually moved me to a new room. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on, I ended up putting couch cushions underneath the mattress to try to help. Breakfast was not good, everything was dry and seemed old. Found a bug in my room, but glad it was only one. It seemed like the hotel didn’t enforce quiet time rules as there were people in the pool late and a small parking lot party going on well after quiet hours. The only thing good was the price, but do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a much better hotel.

$70 charge because my son threw up on the bed that WE cleaned up. Additionally, there WERE already chocolate stains on that sheet, a candy under the bed and a dirty towel. We used to ALWAYS stay here. Never again Edit to respond: The condition of the room upon ARRIVAL was concerning. My family cleaned the room and left it BETTER than when we got there. Taking $70 from my account shows how desperate your hotel is to make money. Your comment about the way we “left it” being concerning is extremely insulting as we didn’t leave anything dirty AT ALL. Horrible way to treat your customers. Never staying here AGAIN or engaging with you all.
