The unit was excellent. Great views of landmarks and the city. Really nice terrace. Overall the unit was very spacious and nicely decorated. Easy access. Quiet neighborhood but not too far from some restaurants and transportation. Really loved it. Only a few minor issues in the unit.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment with a deck... the room itself was WONDERFUL! Super clean, great layout, excellent amenities, nice furniture. The staff was also VERY responsive when we ran into issues with the air conditioning... for two nights the downstairs air con didn't work properly during a 27-degree heat wave in London. THe downstairs (including 2 bedrooms) was very hot. They did get maintenance in pretty rapidly to fix it, the next morning, but it still didn't work in one of the bedrooms that night. If the air con works well-- this is a GREAT place to stay.

Stayed there for 3nights with the family and we booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Great location with easy access to Tesco, tube stations and cafes. Cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing and we had to change pillow cases due to stains on them. Apartment ran out of hot water one day and this was in the middle on winter. Good thing they were able to fix that. If they just spent a bit more time focusing on the cleanliness of the rooms this would be an all round winner.
