A lot better than I expected. Room was pretty clean besides the bathroom floor needed mopping. Bed was comfortable. Great location. Rooftop pool was nice. GORGEOUS VIEWS! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back myself!
An amazing stay! The room was clean, the bed comfy, the staff was friendly, and the location great. I particularly appreciated that there were enough elevators that we didn't have the long wait for them that we've experienced at other high-rise hotels. Literally the only gripe I have is that in the handicapped accessible room the shampoo/body wash dispenser wasn't reachable from the shower seat. But, somehow, almost no hotels get that right. ;) 1000% would stay here again.
They promise the deposit returned upon checkout and now telling me it could be almost up to a week until it returns. The rooms are nice but missing a lot of amenities. The $55/night parking (only option) and $24.99/per person prices really doesn’t make this a good hotel for families. Location wise is great but they are definitely taking advantage of people. The only praise I really have is the people cleaning the rooms.
