Sonesta ES Suites Colorado Springs

There was a young man I believe his name is Ricky. He was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure my granddaughter and myself were able to use the pool. This was a few months back and I've been wanting to write a review. The pool should have been open that morning for some reason it was still closed. He saw myself and granddaughter outside by pool . He said let me clean it and make sure it's perfect for you guys. I don't think it was his job but he did it anyway which shows what a great employee he is! Thank you Ricky for making our stay wonderful!

Fabulous place! We had the room with the loft, had a nice little kitchenette. Breakfast was great every morning, excellent coffee and tea available all day. We were there with friends and really enjoyed the pool, and the staff allowed us to hang out with our friends in the small area off the lobby for an evening.

The main issue I have is the internet they say it is high speed and it is not it constantly cuts out and you have to sign back in again and the most I get is a poor signal and my phone tells me that my download speed 4.5 Mbps sometimes it's even kilobytes so do not trust them when they say they have high speed internet because it's not true other than that everything else seems to be nice there's a few holes in the walls few things that probably should be fixed such as their fireplaces and outlets because there's holes around the outlets where if children are there it's kind of dangerous because they can stick their fingers in there but overall pretty good hotel
