I recently joined a group for a 3 day event hosted at the hotel. The service was great from the moment I was greeted by valet through the quick check in and the clean and comfy room! Check out was don’t by the same manager that checked me in, he remembered me and made it a point to go the extra mile! I cannot speak highly enough about the valet attendants, both Felisha and Ermias were attentive and very friendly! Thank you to all the staff that assisted in the event, the service was flawless! This is a wonderful hotel and I will return for business as well as with my family.
I have to give this place a 5-star review rating because I showed up on such a busy weekend, yet, the staff to the service was extremely friendly, very attentive and helpful. I want to start by addressing the people who helped make this stay memorable. Emily in guest services was extremely helpful in providing such accurate details to the check-in process and early check-in. Although our time was set to 4:30 pm, we arrived early and early check-in was available. Ralph who works in the evening made our dining experience unforgettable. We had come in late during the evening and were interested in in-room dining and after a few fun and friendly calls from me with my hundreds of questions, he really showed up for us in providing a great dining experience. Jonah at the Valet, was so helpful. We valeted one night and self-parked the other and I was a bit confused on the self-parking but he provided clear instructions and helped direct us where to go. Overall, this was a great stay, the beds were comfy, the food was great and the location was perfect for us. Thank you to everyone working at Sonesta, we truly had an amazing stay! :)
We are at the restaurant and the service was excellent. Our server was Sumitra who was wonderful. It was almost like having a private dining experience. The salmon was hot, flavorful and beautifully presented. The Caesar salad was freshly prepared and very tasty. Lovely meal. We did not stay at the hotel but the lobby was very welcoming with great hotel full services.
