Very nice room with decent decor. It's a bit dated but morning glaringly bad here and you can tell they keep the property in good order. The location is great. Close to the train station and not too far from the historic section of downtown. My stay was short so I didn't have time for the amenities, but there is a pool and gym.

The hotel definitely don’t worth the huge price we paid. don’t be fooled by the pictures , rooms are extremely small. I booked the one with breakfast included but when we got there was no breakfast at all , just a small bar to purchase bagels & juices, so I spent additional money for NOTHING!! Also beware of additional deposits. The only positive side was the location being in the downtown. But overall, I will definitely not recommend this hotel Because it just don’t worth The amount of money.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Charges and Poor Customer Service I booked my stay through Booking.com, where it was clearly stated: "A damage deposit of US$150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property." That deposit was charged as expected. Upon checkout, there were no issues raised—no mention of parking charges or any other fees. However, getting my deposit back turned into a frustrating ordeal. After escalating the issue to both the senior management at the hotel and the Booking.com team, I was suddenly presented with an invoice including a “destination fee” and private parking charges at an outrageous rate of $52/day—none of which were disclosed at the time of booking or during my stay. This feels like a scam. It’s deceptive, unprofessional, and not how a reputable business should operate. The lack of transparency and the poor attitude from the hotel staff left me extremely frustrated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Be cautious—what you see at booking is not what you’ll end up paying.
