Real international hotel level, confort, service, swimming pool, solarium, people there are doing their jobs, in professional way and very polite, each time trying to find the best way for the guests, with good advices and recommendations. The rooms are great well equipped, all the hotel is well maintained and clean... Breakfast is great too. A special thanks to Catherine (guest relations, and very professional) and also people from the front desk... we can really recommend this hotel strongly ;) no surprise, good for value, and nothing bad to say :)
Great staff, excellent food. The pool and its bar are so nice on a hot day. We took a little boat on the Nile from right in front of the hotel which made the whole day. Love the place and the people, would definitely come back many times over.
Very nice hotel with aesthetically impressive interior. The rooms are nicely furnished (though do show their age in some places). Nice variety of dining on-site including free breakfast, but I would recommend exploring some of the nearby restaurants. Service was excellent across the board. My only suggestion would be that they re-assess the dinner buffet pricing. The $33pp price is out of whack from any restaurant in Egypt, including the hotel's other restaurants.
