Sonesta White Plains Downtown

Check in, amazing and fast. The valet person was new so it was a little bit slower but faster then most hotel valets. The hotel lobby and bar were stunning. Hana and Emilio where very welcoming. The room was the cleanest room I've stayed in EVER. Worth every penny. Only downside was the food service ended at 10pm and we arrived slightly before midnight. If I'm in the area again, I will stay here!

My recent short stay at the Sonesta Hotel in White Plains, NY, was absolutely delightful! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere, and my positive impressions only grew throughout my visit. The room was a standout – impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. It's clear that the hotel takes pride in its upkeep, as everything felt fresh and well-maintained. More importantly, the room had absolutely everything I needed for the night. From ample outlets for my devices to a well-appointed bathroom, I felt completely at ease and well-catered for. While my stay was brief, it was certainly memorable for all the right reasons. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel in White Plains, I highly recommend the Sonesta.

Five-star service at a reasonable price. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice and generously sized, and check-in and parking are easy. But the most remarkable thing about this hotel is that every person working there seemed genuinely happy to be there. We were there on a very busy weekend and the service was excellent. There was a minor issue with our reservation, which was promptly addressed and resolved in a gracious manner. The location is perfect for shopping, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. It's one of my favorite places to stay!
