Nice 3 bedroom apartment with sea view , nice and clean swimming pool. Security was tight we felt so free during our stay and Lyn is so friendly, we will definitely visit the place again soon.

For the amount we paid, the place or apartment that we got was disappointing but either than the fact that most of the furniture was falling apart, the bathroom taps leaking and some of the cupboards falling off the hinges, my family and I had great fun on the beach and surrounding areas like the restaurants. Great parking too

The place is neat inside , absolutely neat as well as spacious parking. Was so disappointed for the first in history I never visited a place without a balcony especially during December holidays we were so confined indoors unless we go out. The sliding window or door facing the beach was rusted and sometimes not closing properly as a result with wind it kept banging making a loud noise. No one told us about that defect,.The main bedroom with a bathroom and toilet like you are in a prison cell. It is so embarrassing ,me and my husband had to leave the room everytime the other is using the loo. No privacy. Regardless of that you are married with regards to calls of nature you still need to maintain your demanour. Very disappointing. The toilet flusher handle to flush the loo was not working . Had to remove the lid everytime you flush. The TV after we paid our deposit were told to bring our own decoder. We ended up not using it for the entire holidays because we failed to even though we brought ours because even the means of communication are limited. No telephones at bedside for assistance or minor concerns. You are just there until you vacate. The washing machine in the main bedroom was not working at all and wondered why it was there. The washing machines on site not available on weekends or holidays and no other provisions. What you see is what you get. Furniture honestly it's tops .... But I feel they still need to do more to care for their customers and listen to their needs. Really I wouldn't like to go back to that place not unless all this have been met. I have been to a lot but the experience I got there I was not impressed at all. From the bottom of my heart. Mrs F Nene.
