Sook Sabai Onsen & Spa

Our room was generally clean. The rooms were spacious, the air conditioning was new and well-maintained. The hotel was being renovated when we checked in. The cleaning team was very kind and helpful. We stayed for about two weeks and were generally very pleased. The location is great, very close to BTS. We were at the hotel when the earthquake hit. It shook a lot, but I examined the walls and columns of the building after the earthquake and I didn't see the slightest crack.

Rooms are clean. Service is nice. Location is near the BTS station. 7/11 is just at the entrance of the hotel. Food street beside the place. The only one to complain is that there’s no parking space for car to park and it’s difficult to do even pick up and drop off with the luggages.

The hotel was good, and it is located in a good location. The only thing bad about my trip was that I went to the laundry shop that is located next to the hotel. The laundry shop is located next to a massage shop, and they are owned by the same owner. They offer a wash and dry service, so I left my clothes there. They make you pay them before you leave, so I paid them. I picked up my clothes and I went back to my hotel. A few of my favorite clothes were missing. I went back to ask them where my clothes were, and the same woman acted like she did not know where the missing clothes were. I talked to the owner and store manager. They both speak English, and I told them that I was disappointed that some of my favorite clothes went missing. The store manager told me in a rude manner that I go get my clothes washed at another laundry shop if I wanted too. I am including pictures of the laundry shop that stole my clothes.
