Sophisticated 1BR in C.B.D. by Sonder

Great location, comfortable bed. Hardly any decorations. Only one couch and no chairs in the large seating area. Water came out of kitchen faucet as a trickle. Plug for electric kettle wasn't compatible for outlet. Ceiling fan in bedroom was wobbly and clicked whenever it was on, making it hard to sleep. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels. Only one bedside table and lamp in bedroom. Very sparse and basic throughout. Spend a little bit more money to make this place nice! No one replied to email or called us back about these issues during our stay.

Positive thing: it's downtown close to everything. However you can hear everybody next door like they were in the room with you. Lotta noise ( Superbowl weekend also so maybe that didn't help). Other than that it's fine, wouldn't call it luxurious though

I booked two rooms (one for myself and the other for my Dear and Blessed Mother for her Blessed Birthday). The same day, my Dear and Blessed Mother had an emergency medical situation and had to be rushed to and remain in the hospital for the entirety of the stay. After being given the runaround by various representatives in their customer service department, the condo refused to refund the price of the rooms or even to change the dates or the names on the rooms. They chose to keep our money and give us Absolutely NOTHING in return, even with verifiable proof of my Dear and Blessed Mother's hospital stay. And they made me wait for 2 weeks before giving a honest answer about not refunding the price of the rooms. Very Bad and even horrific customer service. The judgement of God be upon them.
