This is a new hotel with new rooms on top of several floors of parking lot. The parking is on floors 1-5, the reception is on floor 6, and the rooms are on floors 7-27. Like many have mentioned in the reviews, the hotel's elevators are the worst I've ever seen and cannot serve the amount of people staying in the hotel. You end up waiting very long time each time you call an elevator. Out of 4 elevators, 2 serve half of the floors and 2 serve the other half, so your card would not work in two of them. The hotel promotes itself as a hotel with a rooftop pool, but at reception they said it's another 30,000 won to use the pool. We took the elevator to see the pool to decide if it was worth the 30,000 won, it was around 17:40 and the pool was closed because apparently they close it between 13:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 18:00, something that didn't occur the staff at reception to mention to us... so anyway not a great experience, though the rooms themselves are new and comfortable.

Worth noting the rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a good restaurant close by and a convenience store on the ground floor. Where it wasn't so good is the lift system that is so without logic it took 10 mins to catch the lift. The pool cost 30,000 won not for a day but for a 4 hour slot more than the room itself and breakfast 22,000 won so the cheap price makes sense when nothing else is included.

This building was never designed to be a hotel. I'm assuming it was originally constructed as an apartment complex but became distressed with a high vacancy rate. This becomes easily noticeable with the flawed elevator system. It was never designed to accommodate high foot traffic. The room itself was okay but the AC system is horrible. I had trouble sleeping during my entire stay there. In addition, there isn't any room service if you're only staying for a few days. Location wise, it's within walking distance of the intercity bus terminal but that's it. There are only a few handful of restaurants within the area.
