Sorell Boutique Hotel St Peter Zürich

We stayed in one of the suites for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The property is extremely well maintained, with attentive and professional staff. Travelling with 2 small kids, the hotel’s location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. While taxis drop off about 50 meters from the entrance—meaning a short walk with luggage is required—it’s a minor detail compared to the overall comfort and quality of the stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights at Sorell Hotel St. Peter and had a wonderful time there. The hotel is beautifully designed and our room was perfect (spacious, beautifully furnished, clean). We were facing the church courtyard, but as the church was closed / under construction during our stay it was in fact really quiet. I can also highly recommend the breakfast (buffet style) with a very broad offering and wonderful service. The hotel is very centrally situated within Zürich which was perfect for our time there (we came by train and were able to reach all sights and places by foot or tram). We would highly recommend this hotel and stay there again.

The room had a bad smell when we entered, like it wasn’t aired properly. The blinders kept going ul and down at their own will which was annoying. The plates at the breakfast were not properly washed. I found at least three dirty plates. The eggs benedict that i ordered came just like that. 2 eggs on a plate. On top of that, they were hard on the inside. We arrived at 9:30 in the morning and they said they will let us know when one room will be ready. We came back at 14:00 and multiple rooms were ready, just not ours. When we came back at 15:00, same story, they had given us someone else’s room. During our check-out at 11:30, there were people already receiving their rooms.
