Sorrel River Ranch Resort & Spa

Our suite was beautiful and comfortable. The porch had 2 rockers and a swing looking out at the river. All the staff we had contact with were professional and personable. The animals were a bonus. Their caretakers were great. The food was all delicious. Especially the desserts. The location is worth a few minutes of extra time. The amenities were plentiful. There was a big fire pit burning every night with S'mores. I can't say enough positive things about Sorrel River Ranch and have recommended it to several people. We will be back soon!

Stayed at the ranch for a week with family. Food was amazing, staff in all areas of the ranch were very helpful and accommodating. Area excursions and site seeing was amazing. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time overall! The location is absolutely beautiful, and it’s a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend on the Colorado River with family and dogs. The views are stunning, and there are some great amenities like the pool and tennis courts. That said, a few things could use some improvement. The convenience store on-site was closed, which was a bit inconvenient since there aren’t many options nearby for food or snacks. The garden wasn’t growing anything despite being advertised as part of the farm-to-table experience, and while the spa setup was nice, there wasn’t a resident masseuse. The bikes had flat tires and no working pump, and service at the restaurant was slower than expected. Given the premium pricing, I would’ve expected more attention to detail and a more all-inclusive feel. Still, with some attention to service and operations, this place has a lot of potential. I’d definitely consider returning in the future.
