Sorrento Bay

I had an excellent experience at this accommodation in Sant'Agnello. The location is very convenient, being close to the train station, which makes exploring the area very easy. The pool is superb and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. Cleanliness is impeccable, both in the rooms and common areas. The included breakfast is delicious and varied, with fresh and high-quality products. I highly recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay at Sorrento Bay , we had a lovely garden room and loved the peace of the swimming pool and gardens . Giusy gave us a warm welcome and helped with restaurant and travel bookings. We enjoyed the walk to Sorrento but was only a short walk to the train and bus stops to travel around the area . Would definitely recommend a stay here away from the busy area of Sorrento but within easy access

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this hotel. During my stay, my room was not serviced for two consecutive days. When I returned late at night, there were no clean towels, and no one was available to help. My guest and I were extremely frustrated and disappointed after a long day in the Italy summer heat. I also accidentally booked an extra night, and while I reached out to explain the situation and request a partial refund, I received no meaningful response for days—despite repeated follow-ups. I was told I would hear back, but no one ever got back to me.
