I have just returned from a 3 night stay in this hotel. Generally we were happy during our stay, the location is great and the room was a good size with a fridge and aircon. It's a short walk from the restaurants/shops etc and very close to the train station. A couple of negatives from our stay were that breakfast always arrived earlier than we requested when asked (e.g. we asked for 9am it arrived at 8.30am) and always seemed to have something missing (e.g. day 1 there was only 1 coffee, day 2 there was only 1 sandwich and day 3 there was no juice). Our room was never cleaned, we had to request fresh toilet paper/shower gel/hand wash and our bin was overflowing. Check in was confusing, because the hotel is within an apartment block which has a locked gate, there was no way of accessing the building or knowing whether we were in the right place. It was handy that the hotel had contacted me via WhatsApp so I could call them - someone then came to greet us. Overall, our stay was OK. I probably would recommend this place to friends as it was a great base location for a few days in Sorrento and the price was good.

Rooms and bathroom are nice for a small bedroom setting. Clean rooms and bed is nice. Pool service is shared with the apartment complex (this hotel or whatever is actually just a section of owned apartments), and the pool is annoyingly restrictive. Set hours which are not available in the afternoon, ends early, some dude guarding it demanding swimcaps be worn when I see tons of people swimming right now without them. Makes for a lame experience. Edit: to clarify, I don't mind the swim cap rule. What I do mind is being discriminated against while in direct view of this pool guardian there are people capless but I'm being told to cap up. Edit 2: unlike what the reply states, there were multiple things that made this a poor experience: 1. This isn't a hotel, even though it is marketed like one that has its own pool (it does not). 2. The included breakfast is a delivered cold piece of ham and some bread. 3. Other things are acceptable, but being acceptable doesn't mean you get 5 stars, more like 3 for those things. So put 3 along with the negatives and you don't get a high review.
