Sorriso Hotel

Stayed at the hotel for a week- location is the only good attraction as the tram line is directly outside of the hotel. Breakfast- food is bad, no variation, very few options repeatedly daily. Does not cater to tourists. Rooms- basic and has 2 single beds that you would need to join to make a double bed. Bathroom is small and walls are thin, no hot water almost every morning and can hear the shower running in the adjacent rooms. Spa and Hammam look dodgy and have a terrible smell. Pool is green and disgusting, no upkeep. Rate this hotel a 1 star.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. During my stay, the cleaning staff opened our personal bags without any permission, claiming we had taken two towels. This is a serious invasion of privacy and completely unacceptable behavior. OFFCOURSE THEY PUT FAKE ACCOUNTS TO PUT 5* REVIEW. I SWEAR THIS IS THE WOREST HOTEL I EVER STAIED IN MY LIFE AND IF I HAVE TIME I WILL SUE THEM

Terrible experience – do not book this hotel! I paid $380 for 3 nights but could only bear to stay for 4 hours. The room was in awful condition: the AC didn’t work, the fridge was broken, there was no iron, no tissues, no cups for tea, and not even basic toiletries like toothpaste or a toothbrush. They provided a single bottle claiming to be shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel all in one—you have no idea what you’re putting on your body or hair. The staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, and dishonest. This place is cheap, dirty, and not even close to a 4-star standard. I honestly don’t know how it has such a rating—it’s not even worth 2 stars. I completely wasted my time and money here. Avoid at all costs!!!!
