Sotetsu Grand Fresa Bangkok

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay for 4 nights in this amazing hotel! Their service is attentive and thoughtful, the room is clean and cozy. The design and decor is beautifully done. Simple, minimalistic, yet well functional. The room is also equipped with modern switches and great lightings, not forgetting the high end Japanese toilet with automated lid and seat cover controls! One of the nights happened to be my birthday which we did not specify for our stay. They did left a cake and a nice card which was a very nice touch!

Good location and friendly staff, short walk to Terminal 21 and away from crowds. They uses filtered water for their supply of water. Very clean environment and rooms. Love their bidet toilets with button push open and close lid with auto flush. 2nd floor have ice and coin laundry machines. Rooms do not have good view which is understandable since it’s between buildings as we are at busy section of Bangkok area. Anyway we are out all day so it’s fine for us.

This was my return stay at Hotel Sotetsu Grand Fresa Bangkok, and my friends’ first visit — and they were just as impressed as I was! The cleanliness of the hotel and the warm hospitality really stood out. During this stay, Pun and Kim were at the front desk, and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They always greeted us with a smile, offered help whenever we were carrying heavy items, and checked in on us while we waited for our ride. They even asked if we needed drinks — such thoughtful service! Thank you again for another great experience. We’ll definitely be back!
