Sotetsu Grand Fresa Saigon

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel for four nights with my fiancé and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was large, clean and well equipped with a Samsung TV for our in-house entertainment. The bathroom was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The service provided by the staff was truly impeccable. Small but deeply appreciated gestures like opening doors for us or making sure our food deliveries were received properly added a personal touch that made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel staff consistently liaised with our private hire drivers, confirming our destinations and even ensuring that we were safely and correctly directed to the international airport on our departure. These thoughtful touches, though often unnoticed, made a world of difference to us. I would like to specially commend the team for their sincerity, attentiveness and seamless coordination that reflects both dedication and pride in what they do. We will absolutely be back and we will be recommending you to everyone we know.

My elderly mother and I stayed here for three days and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The breakfast was primarily Japanese cuisine, but there were plenty of other options available as well. The service was outstanding—we felt very well cared for by the staff. My mother needs assistance getting out of vehicles, and every time we arrived, staff members came outside to help her out of the taxi. When we checked out and were waiting for our taxi to the airport, Lucas kindly managed our luggage and invited us to wait indoors while he took care of everything outside. Our room was spacious and spotless, and it featured a Japanese electric toilet, which was a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone traveling with elderly family members.

Fantastic hotel, exceeded all expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious, the reception staff were super friendly and helpful. We used the gym and the pool every day and although the gym is small it has what you need to get a good workout in. Superb breakfast, with Japanese, Vietnamese, and western options that change each day (all delicious; I tried them all over the course of our stay!). The baggage storage area is clean and secure. Very sad to leave, cannot recommend highly enough.
