Very nice and helpful staff, English speaking as well. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. The outlets (especially the provided converters) were fairly used/lose so we were only able to use one of the 3 outlets. It is located right beside an airport bus stop, on top of 3 subway lines, and beside a lot of shopping.

I called this hotel very early around 3am since i need to change from the hotel i stayed at that time, the staff assist me amazingly and the room is very comfortable with easy access to train and bus in front of the hotel. Even tho hotel used centralized ac (meaning you can not adjust temperature inside the room by yourself), i was very sensitive to too hot weather, they offer me cool fan and the temperature was not too cool or hot but comfortable to sleep and being inside. The bed was comfy, the restroom too, everything were great! I just hope I found this hotel before, but next time when i visit seoul again, I make sure to stay here again.

The experience with the staff of this hotel was just horrible. First of all they can't speak a decent English, which is unbelievable for a 4 stars hotel in the city center of seoul. They ask for 330000 won per night, more than 200 euro, not a cheap solution, but their service is horrible. The breakfast (22000 won or almost 15 euro) is very bad. Almost no fruit at all and the bacon seemed boiled. The thermostat in the rooms can't be managed. There are 28° and I can't lower the temperature because it's centralized and set on winter. But we had the worst experience when we asked for a refund or a takeaway breakfast box, since the breakfast starts at 7am, so too late if you have any DMZ or any other touristic tour booked. Answer from the manager (which can barely speak English): no refund and no breakfast, no other solution proposed. Learn what hospitality and customer satisfaction are, this place is absolutely not worth the money they ask.
