Soul Art Hotel

Really nice hotel situated in Piazza Carità an closed to everything. We spend there 4 days. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, stuff is nice and professional especially Silvia. Silvia sei unica!! Hugs from Croatian girls!

Location is the best, near everything you want. Maby Shops and Restaurants are nearby. Very good breakfast and big size of the room and bathroom. Very clean. Very good wi-fi

I had a reservation from April 20-22. our trained was delayed and i showed up almost at mid night the hotel is super hard to find and with several bags of luggage lets just say its not a fun search. the building very weird lay out its composed of apartments and hotel rooms. at check in I was told the there was to many of us and the I had to get an additional room after a crazy travel day I agreed. he told me the price and it was double what they had on there own website when i showed him the price on his website he said it was wrong. I was with my mother and it was a tuff day to look for another place to stay so I agreed i was sent to another building was told to talk to the manger in the morning that he would help me with pricing. the next morning i was told i still owed money and the manger was really rude both him and the other receptions kept putting different amounts of what they wanted to charge me. I asked if i could extend until the 23rd but if i could get a special rate he wanted to charge more than the night before. i told them to leave it like that i would look for another place to stay. i checked out the same day found another hotel with way better accommodations a wayyy cheaper. please please do your research! stay somewhere else.
