Soul Vacation Resort and Spa Colva

My stay at Soul Vacation Stay in Colva, Goa was a truly refreshing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine care. Their hospitality was outstanding—always attentive, friendly, and eager to make our stay comfortable. The food was absolutely delightful! Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The breakfast spread was vibrant and satisfying, and the variety of vegetarian options throughout the day made dining a real pleasure. Whether it was a light snack or a full meal, everything was served with love and attention to detail. The property itself is serene and beautifully maintained, offering a calm and cozy atmosphere just a short walk from the beach. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful side of Goa. We recently stayed at Soul Vacation for 2 nights. The property looks small from outside but it is huge with greenery and a medium sized swimming pool. The room where we stayed was at the corner with a balcony facing towards the open bar and a pool. The room was spacious, the washroom was big including the attached wardrobe on it and it was clean too. The guy from the front desk Clearance was very polite and helpful, he helped us with room selection and was not hesitant to show us available rooms. Room service was really good - Anthony, I guess the name is correct(service guy from Sikkim) from the cafeteria was very polite. They have a spa with ayurveda but we didn't get time to try it out Drawback was breakfast where they served just Indian, need to have an option for other spreads

Our stay at this resort was a disappointing experience for both me and my wife. Firstly, the staff behavior was not guest-friendly. Especially the lady at the reception around 12 PM yesterday — she was very arrogant and lacked basic courtesy. We had requested an early check-in (just 2 hours in advance) since we were extremely tired after our train journey from Kochi. However, not only was the request denied, but her response was rude and unprofessional. We checked out today by 9:30 AM. Despite paying for amenities like the swimming pool and spa, we were not informed in advance that the pool was under maintenance and the spa services were unavailable. This should have been clearly communicated during the booking process. The breakfast served in the morning was below average in both quality and taste. As for the room, it was just average. Basic toiletries like body wash and shampoo were of poor quality, and there was no hair dryer provided in the bathroom. Overall, we are not satisfied with the service and amenities, and we hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the guest experience. Need refund for this
